• Members must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 require written guardian consent and must be always accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• For MMA and combat sports specifically, individuals under 18 require written guardian consent and must be always accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks will result in immediate membership suspension and legal recovery action under UAE law.
• UAE laws apply to all matters, with Dubai Courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
• FITWELL HUB BODY BUILDING L.L.C. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or notice at the facility. Continued use of the gym constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

CCTV & Surveillance

For the safety and security of all members and staff, CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the facility at all times. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Footage is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel or law enforcement when required.

Photography & Video

FITWELL HUB BODY BUILDING L.L.C. may photograph or video record training sessions, events, and gym activities for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. Members may opt out at any time by submitting a written request to sales@fitwellhub.ae. Unless an opt-out request is received, participation in gym activities constitutes implied consent to being filmed or photographed.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (Neo Mashreq payment gateway, hosting providers, and CRM systems) strictly for operational purposes.

1. Refund Policy

FITWELL HUB BODY BUILDING L.L.C. maintains a strict no-refund policy. All membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

• Voluntary cancellation or termination of membership
• Non-attendance or missed sessions
• Changes in personal circumstances

Exception: Duplicate Charges

The only circumstances in whicha refund will be refund will be issued is in the case of a verified duplicate payment or erroneous charge processed by the payment system.Refund requests for duplicate charges must be submitted to sales@fitwellhub.ae within 7 days of transaction date. Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days to the original payment method.

3. Health & Liability Waiver

All physical activities involve inherent risks including injury, disability, or health complications. Members must ensure they are medically fit before participating.

• Disclose all medical conditions before participation
• Follow trainer instructions and safety guidelines
• Stop training immediately if unwell or injured
• No attendance if suffering from infectious diseases
• Gym is not liable for injuries or damages
• Members indemnify the gym against claims
• Emergency medical costs are member’s responsibility
• Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings

• No aggressive or abusive behaviour
• Proper gym attire is mandatory
• Maintain hygiene and clean equipment after use
• Return equipment to proper place
• No unauthorized coaching
• No recording of others without consent
• Follow staff instructions at all times
• No food allowed on gym floor (water allowed)
